April 19, 2023Tried to apply, had to set an appt. Applied with a housing voucher, needed a co signer. Got one…my co signer then needed to make $10,000 a month to rent. This places policy’s are horrible and they are not helpful at all.Review from Apartments.com
Not managed well!
September 12, 2022I've lived here for 2 years. This community has the ability to be great, however, lack of Management has been an issue. Maintenance is FANTASTIC and they try their best, but the kids here are awful, and I mean downright disrespectful and disgusting! They run around without supervision, peeing in the grass, breaking people's car lights, walking on roofs, throwing trash everywhere, throwing rocks at cars, etc. When I'm inside my unit, I LOVE it. My unit is beautiful, but you have to leave your ...windows closed to enjoy your home (to block out what's happening outside) and hope for the best with your car.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 20, 2021I left 3 voicemails, 4 emails and 1 text message just to see if I could do a tour. I even tried to schedule one on their site and it just completely crashed and told me to call. What a total waste of time.Review from Apartments.com

Look elsewhere
June 1, 2021Had a bathroom leak that was pretty bad causing mold around the baseboards. When I spoke to the apartment complex they quickly had someone come and “fix It”. A month later the same problem is occurring in the same location. Come to find out they painted over mold rather than replacing and fixing the real problem at hand. Now that I informed them of the issue, It has been 9 days with no explanation of when this will get fixed. So I call the place and raise my concern for them to tell me “they see ...the work order and will check again” As you can imagine I voiced my concern of having a molding bathroom to be responded with “since it’s not a urgent concern, It will have to wait”... I’d say having mold in your bathroom for over a month is pretty urgent.. I’ll also add if it’s past 4pm good luck finding parking as well.
