Bats have been entering my apartments from time to time ( at least 4 times for sure )
The office really not helpful , they gone say that’s not something you can break the lease for !! The gate NEVERRRREDDDD work , people can come as they please , the pool never was open , kids park need to be redone ! Kids sit on the curves /end of the road and play because of that issue ! Copper ridge is a 1/10 for me ! And I stayed there for 2 years ! I can go on and on ! Police have to be ...

I currently stay here from 2020 until now AND SINCE DAY ONE. This place has been horrible. Building 33,34, and many more are infested. People steal all day. Maintenance lie and say the did their job by coming in and fixing things when they have not. During the winter the pipes bust and there is literally human poop and toilet paper on the ground around building 33 and they do not cross it off I’ve watched CHILDREN fall in this mess. They do not care about safety ppl walk around here wit huge guns ...
no type of coverings or holsters on them it’s just horrible I’m so happy that I’m leaving VERY soon and if I was you I’ll run far away from this place cuz what I stated wasn’t even half of it.

I don’t know about everyone else’s experience but as of 2020 to now these apartments are not safe. They steal, they are loud and rude here. If u come and just ride around the complex trust u will know what I mean. Parking is horrible and ppl in the office are horrible don’t do it. Trust me I can wait to move out of here this has been the worst experience in my life and on top of that they have so many abandoned units and units falling apart it’s ridiculous.

Inquired about an apartment home and spoke with one of their receptionist. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she was Genuine about helping me not just “looking for a sale" like some other apartments I've inquired at. We lived here when they were newly made and it really was the best apartment complex we could have wanted. Our daughter was born here so we have like a lot of memories here. Complex is simple, modern and a touch minimalist. Staff was also amazing and the maintenance staff was really helpful. If we ever move back to renting, we will go back here.
