This place have gone downhill. The manager never in her office. Management always ignores you until they want something. Won’t fix anything major unless you move. Floors and walls are thin you can hear every step. Roaches all over the first floors. Laundry is small and broken. Just don’t waste your time and look somewhere better elsewhere. There is a reason everyone is moving from here.

Used to be better. Manager always ignores you if you need help. No official office hours. Won’t fix major problems unless you move. Any replacements like ovens or refrigerators are used and old. Noise is very loud here too by the thin walls and floors. Roach problem is out of control in the first floors.

Coral Court apartments in Concord have improved over the last year. I moved in with my wife and our dog (which is great since most apartments don't allow dogs) on November of 2014, during that time the interior, lobby, hallways and stairways looked very outdated, sort of 80s style; the new management has invested a lot of time and money to get the place looking 100 times better, nice paint, crown moulding, base boards, carpet, rails and stairs all look great plus they are implementing a gym on ...
second floor. Secured parking is a plus. I'm giving it 4 stars for the area and median income region.
