raising there rent but not remodeling or fixing anything. I would not recommend this property at all. There cameras don’t work they deny to give any type of info from there cameras cause they know they don’t work. Cheap skates don’t even have security anymore more stealing/ dangerous environment.

I lived there, I also felt they have very good prices for there units.

broke but management was real good about texting us updates. My apartment is in good condition and management has always made sure the work in my apartment is completed at least by the next day. Parking is a little tight sometimes. I decided to rent a reserved spot so I don't have to deal with that anymore. The property is quiet. They have access gates that work 99% of the time. My last apartment's gates almost never worked. This month is their annual Pool Party. I'm looking forward to that. I think my experience here has been a good one.

management they always say there's nothing they can. It's ridiculous!! Not only that but we've have 2 other vehicles stolen one being a work truck, when we called the management to ask if we could see the camera footage, first the woman working in there "didn't know how to work the camera", So she tried to call the actual manager Celia and all she could say is that she was already home and wouldn't be coming back until morning. Even when the police asked she said she was on her way and never came!!! ARRGHH!! Every time you call with a maintenance issue they say they will come one day, and wont come until a month later. I told them about my stove not working, they still haven't came to fix it! Only have 3 burners that work and the thermometer on the stove is off so it's hotter than normal. My dishwasher was not working and they came and put in an old dishwasher that smells like mold! Every "new" appliance they bring in is roach infested!!! I had my dog Bella(pit/lab mix), for 4 years the friendliest dog EVER!!!, before they apparently started complaining because my dog was "too big" and "barked too much" and they were scared of her (meanwhile there are people with 3 or four dogs here that are over 75lbs and no leashes no nothing!!!). They threatened us with an eviction so we sadly had to put her up for adoption my daughter and us were devastated. Afterwards they continuously came by asking where she was and she was so nice and why did we get rid of her. It's so frustrating! In my daughter's room on the foundation is separating, there's a clear hole on the floor where the boards under the carpet have broken, they wont fix it!! In the corner on the ceiling mold started growing we told them about a month later they came and PAINTED over it and said they fixed it, NOW she has one on the corner and another in the center of the room of what looks like black mold!!! We are going through a rough time, looking for a new place and want to move so bad!!! We hate this place!!
