HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

Worst place I've ever lived! The area is beautiful, the price is great...but this place is so poorly managed and maintained it's just unlivable. Every few months there's new office staff but it doesn't really matter, you can Never reach the office and if you do they're completely ineffective. In the year we've lived here, we have had to call several times for people playing loud music, someone parking in our assigned spot, trash and debris in the hallways and nothing has ever been dealt with. ...
Properly managed, this could be a very nice place to live but it doesn't seem that will ever happen so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING HERE? you would be safer and get better sleep living in your car.

Corbella at Juanita Bay is a wonderful place to live if you're looking for something a bit more private tucked into a nicely wooded area. The apartment itself has a nice layout, the managerial and maintenance staff are super helpful, and the location can't be beat, especially if you're into regular outdoor activities! Great complex!
