November 12, 2023POTENTIAL TENANTS BE ADVISED: We feel compelled to share some concerns regarding our experience at this property. Despite explicit lease provisions, there appears to be a lack of enforcement regarding pitbull ownership, resulting in safety incidents such as an unleashed and unregistered pitbull chasing my girlfriend. Despite reporting the incident to management, no action was taken. Additionally, various long-standing issues persist within the community, including a bent and net-less basketball ...goal for over a year, an inadequately maintained dog park, frequent theft in the parking lot, aging and inefficient AC units, and an ongoing challenge with dog waste management requiring the hiring of personnel for cleanup. The general state of the parking lots, necessitating covered parking for practicality, and an overgrown walking trail further contribute to our dissatisfaction. Regrettably, this property lacks the previous management team's efficacy, and the overall quality of living has suffered. While the maintenance team and gym facilities are commendable, these positives are outweighed by the substantial concerns outlined above. Would recommend
July 21, 2021I lived here for 2 years without very many issues. Maintenance fixes things on time, the pool and weight room are great, and the surrounding area has every store you could imagine. My only complaints are that the hot tub was always closed and once our AC went out.Property Manager Responded

Look somewhere else
October 25, 2018I honestly would not recommend this place at all. Pool and hot tub has been closed over almost two months. The back end of the office doesn’t seem like they flipping care that it is closed. My group and I have approached them a lot of times on why it’s not opened and they give excuse after excuse after excuse and nothing gets done. I don’t pay a lot of money just to have a roof over my head. I want to be able to enjoy the amenities and I can’t. Don’t live here!Property Manager Responded

Lived here over a year
March 28, 2018Very frustrated with this apartment complex. I have lived here for 1 year and got a letter saying we need to let them know a month in advance if we wanted to renew the lease. I called a month before our lease ended to confirm we would not be renewing and they said we would have to pay for 60 extra days! They were not helpful or flexible. Would NOT recommended!!! Amazing location and amazing people!
August 7, 2015Ive lived here at Cordillera Ranch for a couple months now and I absolutely love it. The location is prime! You're minutes away from anything you could possibly need. I used to live at apartments where you could not only hear everything your neighbors were doing but smell what they were having for dinner that night. I haven't had one issue with any of my neighbors, mainly because I forget they're there. The look and feel of these apartments is great too. It's an upbeat, upscale atmosphere. The ...appliances in my apartment could be updated but I'm not complaining because everything works fine. Including the full size washer and dryer. As far as the price goes, it seems a bit pricey for the space you actually get. I guess you gotta pay for prime location. The ladies in the office are fantastic and will do everything in their power to help you. I've had an issue with my hot water so I went online and submitted a work order. The next day the maintenance man showed up and fixed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised how quick they showed up. Overall, this place is great. The only star I took away is for the price.
