everything. It has been 4 weeks and no call, when I have made follow up calls they can give me no info on when I will see anyone. Who has a maintenance team and cannot look at a schedule to at least say our guys are about a week or 2 out right now I moved in here 13 years ago and it was a wonderful place to live, if you had an issue any issue big or small they were to you within a day or 2, and if they were at the mercy of another company to come fix the issue they kept you informed throughout the whole procedure, the cleaning people were great, the manager was there 3 times a week to replace hallway lights, clean up any trash around the grounds, have a relationship with tenants, tend to flowers and weeds, make sure laundry room was clean. 3 years ago it was sold and now we have Riverstone Property Management out of Maumee Oh. We have 3 dead bushes in front of my building, no flowers, parking lot light out, no communication when things need fixed, I'm not even sure my things will get fixed, the cleaning is few and far between, the parking lot has trash in it all the time, the buzzer/intercomm doesn't work so good luck receiving any packages you may have ordered or knowing if your food has arrived or you have a visitor. They also just raised the rent and the price of laundry Horrible place to live now.
