Wouldn’t Recommend This Place—Don’t Waste Your Time
September 7, 2019office staff provide poor customer service and one person states one and the next staff will say another . They do late on the 2 day for $25 then they file for a eviction on the 5th . I wouldn’t dare move back over there, I had to break my lease . They most definitely have water bugs (roaches) this place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I just gave them but you have to rate in order to post your commentReview from Apartments.com

April 27, 2018Wouldn't even give this place a 1 star ?had many issues with this place since day 1 especially once I found out that the apartment was infested with bedbugs and roaches made a complaint to Management about having it especially about the bedbugs and nothing was resolved had to break my least and throw all my furniture away all management is worried about is being money hungry wouldn't recommend this places to anyoneReview from Apartments.com
Cordova Apartments
September 8, 2015An immaculately clean exterior to match my immaculately clean interior gives Cordova Apartments five stars in my book. Because the owner has invested great interest in the upkeep of the apartments, the management is impeccable. I never have to worry about having issues resolved in a timely because there are very few. The quiet, serenity of the location adds to the fact that Cordova Apartments are located in one of the city's best school. Of all places I've lived, this place is my favorite.Review from Apartments.com
