They’re not in the office when they’re supposed to be, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails, and don’t answer emails. June 4, 2025One of the nicest apartment complex I have lived in so far. Good location and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc; as well as close access to city center. March 12, 2025It's fine if you're on the top floor. I would not recommend moving here if you will have neighbors above you. That being said, the apartments are nice, we love the appliances, location, and amenities offered. Parking can be a nightmare if you have more than one vehicle and get here after 8pm.Property Manager Responded

very stylish but now worth the hassle.
December 3, 2024Upon move in everything was great as far as communication with the leasing office agents. I love the look of my place but unfortunately I wouldn’t advise that you move to anything that’s lower then the 3rd floor. the walls are paper thin. You can hear every footstep a person takes. The leasing office no longer answers the phone with the new management company and they put extra charges on your monthly rent which makes no sense. You have to wait 3-6 months to hopefully move your unit which is ...unfortunate. I was told the 1 bedrooms comes with free garage but now it’s $150 a month. The apartment complex is nice but can be noisy on the outside but the looks of it are amazing. No rodents or bugs from what I see. The Maintenance crew is also really good with communication. I hope the leasing office can do better their communication, it seems that their main focus is getting you to sing the lease and they drop professionalism.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2024I enjoy living at The Core. The staff does a great job of keeping the complex clean and maintenance is super responsive to requests, the best I've experienced at any apartment complex. Other tenants can be a bit loud on the weekends, but for the most part it's a fairly quiet complex. Parking can be challenging if you're not home by 8pm.
