The Core has been peaceful with lots of amenities. The apartments are very well put together in ways often not found for its price range in the area. I am enjoying my stay thus far!

Incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone about concerns. They’re not in the office when they’re supposed to be, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails, and don’t answer emails. On the rare occasion that the person who works in the office is actually there, she’s rude and unhelpful.

The pictures don't do this location justice. It's paradise...warm, inviting, lots of amenities, well-maintained, and my home. It's my sanctuary. I live with breast cancer, I am going through a large life change, and health issues, and we felt wanted and heard from 1st experience. Proud to call the Core, our home.

One of the nicest apartment complex I have lived in so far. Good location and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc; as well as close access to city center. The amenities of this community are fantastic and well maintained. The property management is very friendly and maintains very good communication with frequent updates.

It's fine if you're on the top floor. I would not recommend moving here if you will have neighbors above you. That being said, the apartments are nice, we love the appliances, location, and amenities offered. Parking can be a nightmare if you have more than one vehicle and get here after 8pm.

The building looks nice but the management is horrible. Poor service and a staff there once told me she is doing me a favor by helping me when I had a question considering the fact that I pay my bills to live there.

Upon move in everything was great as far as communication with the leasing office agents. I love the look of my place but unfortunately I wouldn’t advise that you move to anything that’s lower then the 3rd floor. the walls are paper thin. You can hear every footstep a person takes.
The leasing office no longer answers the phone with the new management company and they put extra charges on your monthly rent which makes no sense. You have to wait 3-6 months to hopefully move your unit which is ...
unfortunate. I was told the 1 bedrooms comes with free garage but now it’s $150 a month.
The apartment complex is nice but can be noisy on the outside but the looks of it are amazing. No rodents or bugs from what I see. The Maintenance crew is also really good with communication. I hope the leasing office can do better their communication, it seems that their main focus is getting you to sing the lease and they drop professionalism.
