Coronado Springs offers spacious three-bedroom homes on a quiet residential street in West El Paso, tucked against the Franklin Mountains and zoned to Western Hills Elementary and Coronado High School. Built in 2014, our five floor plans range from 1,350 to 1,900 square feet — among the largest three-bedroom rentals on the West Side. Have always lived on the west side, this has been home for us for the past two years. Amazing place. Units are new or seem to be from how well kept they are. Maintenance requests are rare if at all, maybe once or twice in our time here. They come to change the air filter every season for the AC. Managers have been great, always there if we needed them, again very rare. Usually just to ask if they have anything available for friends or family. Pool area is great. Really is a great complex, lucky ...

My family and I spent 7 wonderful years at Coronado Springs. The complex is tucked away and quiet but with quick access to shopping and the freeway. There is a beautiful landscaped dog park with a walking trail that overlooks the city. There are wild animals that pass through, such as deer, fox, and squirrels that you can view from your front door! I’ve lived here over a year. The apartments are beautifully renovated as well as spacious. This also includes refrigerated air and my very own parking spaces. You cannot beat the value here. Great looking countertops and tile. It’s very affordable to rent here, especially for 3 bedrooms. Great location and beautiful views of El Paso. We also enjoy access to the dog park. Major issues have been fixed quickly by maintenance. We are grateful to live here and have been residents for 1.5 years.
