THIS NEW OFFICE IS THE WORST
September 3, 2021I have lived here for 3 years, and never had problems. This new property management co is the absolute worst. No one is ever in the office, they aren't open on Saturdays anymore, they took down the website and resident portal so I can't see my bill anymore. I was just given an "offer" to renew my lease for a price increase that is 5 times the increase of the other 3 years put together. May 7, 2021To start, I was not allowed to view my unit before move in. However, I signed a lease for a unit with washer/dryer connections. Upon move in, my unit was dirty and w/d connections were sealed off. Management (Leslie & Ana) did not inform us there was a layout change prior to moving in and after reaching out multiple times, I have been ignored via email and calling the office. They have yet to fix this mistake except to tell me there's nothing they can do but release me from my contract. ...Additionally, every time I have tried to contact the office about anything else, it is very difficult to reach them.
