I have lived here for 3 years, and never had problems. This new property management co is the absolute worst. No one is ever in the office, they aren't open on Saturdays anymore, they took down the website and resident portal so I can't see my bill anymore. I was just given an "offer" to renew my lease for a price increase that is 5 times the increase of the other 3 years put together. BEWARE, just because they painted some walls and put rocks everywhere does not make this a good place to live. ...

You will regret it.

To start, I was not allowed to view my unit before move in. However, I signed a lease for a unit with washer/dryer connections. Upon move in, my unit was dirty and w/d connections were sealed off. Management (Leslie & Ana) did not inform us there was a layout change prior to moving in and after reaching out multiple times, I have been ignored via email and calling the office. They have yet to fix this mistake except to tell me there's nothing they can do but release me from my contract. ...

Additionally, every time I have tried to contact the office about anything else, it is very difficult to reach them. Other tenants have had the same issues with management, so this could happen to anyone.

The apartments are at a good value especially for the area. Maintenance always takes care of items within a reasonable time frame. Dennis and Manuel were always very professional too. The demand for quality and affordable places to live in a college town is vital so I will be recommending Coronado Villas to all my classmates and college peers.
