and poor management. If you say something to one person, there is no guarantee it will be told to the others. And papers will get lost, so make sure you always deal with the same person. When I turned in my keys, I couldn't sign the paper saying I did because the person at the desk didn't know where Maggie had put my form! I also had a loud hostile neighbor across the hall. I tried to be friendly in my interactions and politely asked on a number of occasions if she could quiet down. The first time I brought it to her attention she yelled up and down the hallways and had people poking their heads of their doors. I was told that other people had put in complaints about her and I had put in a number of my own. She got more and more petty as time went on (even calling the cops on me once just because she thought I was going to call them on her) and more and more threatening. Actually calling the cops on her only made her louder after the fact. And still nothing was done. If I had known management would just sit on their butts and twiddle their thumbs I would have moved out sooner. Stupidly, I believed they would actually handle the situation. The only good things I can say about this place are the location and the sweet maintenance workers. Save yourself the trouble of having to find a new place later and just don't move in at all.
