March 18, 2023I stayed at the Cascade at Landmark for three years. While the location is very convenient, the management is beyond shady and unresponsive. I frequently received errors in my rental invoices that when added up, could have amounted to a significant amount of money if I was not vigilant in monitoring my account. My apartment had roaches and it took weeks for them to send an exterminator. The elevators were constantly broken, and there was insufficient attention paid to basic maintenance in the ...common areas. For the amount of rent charged here, the amenities are sub par at best. When I was finally fortunate enough to move out, I received only half of my deposit 3 months later, way past the legally allotted time of 45 days. Security and Maintenance issues.
March 17, 2023Maintenance requests have to be made several times and it takes weeks if not months (was without a washer and dryer more that 2 months after moving) to get fixed. Packages get stolen constantly (6 packages stolen in my case) since the room were they are left in not monitored and the delivery people don't always use the lockers they have in the lobby and when the lockers are used, the wrong apartment is entered because they are in a rush and login each package is too time consuming for them so ...the lockers is not a good system to have for such a large community. I have addressed this issue with the management office several times and their response is that there is nothing they can do, even though there are 3 people working the office. People with big dogs don't pick up their poop so there's poop all over the community. Something fixable with the installation of cameras (that would allow them to ID the people doing this and address it) and can also assist with the lack of security in the building (5th floor elevator/patio/garden door has been broken for weeks now). Back gate (dog park) on the 5th floor is left opened constantly which allows entrance to the building and to anyone. Would love to be able to talk to someone in their corporate office since I've asked for the property manager to call me to discuss these issues several times to no avail. As a tenant, I would appreciate the lack of security and the failure to provide timely basic maintenance to the apartments, to be prioritized instead then getting keyless digital door locks and air conditioning thermostat which is what they are spending money and resources on. I will definitely not renew my lease and can't wait to move somewhere else I feel safe, taken care of and appreciated as a good, responsible tenant that I am.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Worst maintenance response
November 20, 2022When I moved here, they told that the response for the maintenance call is quick. It's been one and half month that they have not addressed the vinyl carpet issue and appliances were not cleaned properly when I moved in. I had to clean it again.Property Manager Responded
