Stay Far Away
April 24, 2022The Manager's behavior is shockingly unprofessional. Her refusal to fix a neighbor's chronic noise disturbance, is frustrating. This is affecting my quality of life, health, and the noise affects my job, because I work from home. The Manager lacks empathy, compassion and inability to put herself in my shoes. We were originally told this would be fixed by another employee. This Manager, will hang up on calls or put you on hold for long periods of time.Property Manager Responded
June 10, 2022Hello, We regret to hear that you have had these concerns. Our team works to be friendly in all our interactions with residents and guests, so it is disappointing to hear that you had this impression. Regarding the neighbor and their child, the child is not unattended as their parents are watching them while they play outside. The local police were called on the household and found no signs of wrongdoing on their part. We have also spoken with the surrounding neighbors in our community who have not reported any noise disturbance and maintain positive relations with the household. If you have any further questions, please email lascasas@cortland.com. -Your Cortland Las Casas Team

Unprofessional.
April 24, 2022Manager, was rude and unprofessional. A neighbor has a young child that is left outside in the backyard, from early morning to night. He creates significant sound disturbances by screaming. This has caused major stress and anxiety for all neighbors. Manager refused to help, and would not give her team managers name, and the president of the company. I was able to get this information on my own, and hopefully, they will help. Hopefully, I can give an updated review, or delete this review, if ...given a sincere apology and resolve this issue. Until then, if you want to enjoy your home in peace and happiness, in my opinion, stay far away from this management company.Property Manager Responded

Do not recommend
June 12, 2020Overpriced and not good at all. The management is bad, neighbors don’t hVe apartment etiquette and they are built very poorly. My electric bill for a 2 bedroom apartment is MORE than when I lived in a 2,500 sq ft home. I do not recommend these apartments at all.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced
April 27, 2018It was okay here for awhile until you here your upstairs neighbors walking around all day and night. This place is far from a lot of stores so you will need a car. The apartment itself is mediocre and the appliances are really crappy. The maintenance crew is sub par when it comes to fixing things. Believe you can find much better places in Tucson. Don't get hypnotized by the scenery which is beautiful but they will charge you a extra fee just to see the mountains. Yippy ! The property Manager ...Sally is really nice that's if you can catch up too her. My lease is up soon and I'm glad for that because you will start to notice unoccupied apartment all over. And bring you flashlight because they never fix the outdoor lights. Very dark and dangerous ! And do not take a apartment facing Speedway because the traffic will drive you nuts. Good Luck !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
