During a recent maintenance call, Austin repaired the AC Unit at my residence. He was prompt and professional. He explained things every step of the way and he answered all of the questions I had ensuring a complete understanding of all the work being done.

Overall Cortland Sunbury is a great place to live. It is very pricey though. I am not sure the cost is totally worth it, especially if the rent is raised at the end of each lease term. I would recommend trying to be more competitive with the other apartments in the surrounding areas.

Cortland Sunbury is a really nice community to be a part of. Everyone here(residents and management) seem very friendly. The apartments seem very clean and in very nice shape. The Maintenance workers are also very quick and good at what they do. 10 out of 10 would live here.

Cortland Sunbury is a nice small community. Management is very welcoming, from before move-in to after. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
