The amenities are really nice, the landscaping and overall grounds are generally clean and tidy and it is usually very quiet and peaceful here. August 27, 2025Nice clean community. My apartment is beautiful but repairs done are substandard. Valet trash service is excellent but trash areas in community can become overflowed but taken care of. Parking can be an issue depending on when you come home for the evening. The staff is quick to respond to your needs. March 10, 2025This apartment has a lot of potential if the staff listened to our complaints. Mailbox has been broken into multiple times. After giving them many suggestions like cameras or a gate installed, no action has been taken after many months of us waiting. Place is always sketchy after hours. Cars are littered on the main street, most appear to be non functioning. Lack of security, high rent and unresponsive leasing staff. Would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024My experience at Cortland on Cherry Creek has been very positive! When I toured the apartment originally, Miranda was super kind and patient with me even though I was late to our scheduled time. The day we moved in, we noticed a small leak in our bathroom and maintenance was in the door within 15 minutes and solved the problem for us. This kind of service has been consistently provided through our year here. There are a lot of families here and the kids like to play outside (which is awesome to ...see!), so it can get noisy on occasion, but it's really not bad - more of a warning to anyone who wants quiet only.
