Well maintained, beautiful property!
January 17, 2024When stopping in to tour, I first noticed how plush, green and well maintained the property looked. Compared to other 3 properties I looked at, Cortona was by far the most impressive. In addition to the property looking great, the staff was also very kind, informative and took the time to explain the additional fees' with rent. Ok, but far from worth the price.
February 4, 2021I have been a resident here since the property first opened. It is clear that once you sig. a lease to live here, you are not valued and cared about as a resident. There have been so many issues here that multiple residents have complained about and nothing has been done to rectify like packages being left outside of the mailroom unsecured, loud and unruly neighbors, lack of a working community gate, and a parking policy which is absolutely ridiculous. This is not a place where I want to live ...anymore and would only recommend it to a college student.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2021I love this property! It is ideally located in South Tampa near MacDill AFB and the Selmon Expressway and has so many great restaurants and shopping nearby. From the putting green to the pool, the amenities, buildings, and grounds are always immaculate and so well maintained. I really love seeing the huge American flag flying over the entrance. Beware...
September 30, 2020I am one of the first residents to move to Cortona back in July of 2019! If you are looking for a place in South Tampa, DO NOT sign a lease to live here. While the property is beautiful on the outside, it is riddled with so many issues and it is honestly so poorly managed. We have had Wifi issues in our apartment (it is part of your rent and you can't change or upgrade) for the last 4 months. The signal drops multiple times during the day and night, and has loud beeps each time. It has dropped ...during work calls and presentations multiple times, yet when explained to management, they just do not seem to care or have the urgency to fix it. I have emailed the property manager, Debbie, multiple times and often she does not reply and has done nothing to fix it. Often times, she gets defensive and never wants to take blame for the problems. Our jobs are still on a work from home basis due to the pandemic, and we need reliable wifi, yet management just does not seem to care. 16 WEEKS and the problems still persist. It is hard to put into words how frustrating our situation has been, and it's clear by some of the other reviews on here as well as conversations I have had with other current residents that the property has some major issues. The other main points where this property has completely failed are parking and package delivery. The parking is a joke. Zero guest parking. They do not even have enough space for their residents. This has been an issue since day 1. Horrible. If you do sign a lease here and are planning to order packages, start praying for them now. Packages are just tossed around the mail area, and left there. The management leaves a little sign for the delivery drivers to leave it to the resident's front door, yet packages still end up left there for anyone to potentially steal or damage. It really has become clear in my time here that management has no control of their own property. Honestly, the only positives for me are that the bark park is great and my dog enjoys it, and Edgar and his team do a good job in keeping the property looking good. Give and take
November 2, 2019The property is beautiful but the other residents seem not to care and regularly put their trash out and smell up the hallways at the wrong time regardless of numerous reminders of the office via email. The office staff always seem to want to help and Josh and Amber have been great on answering questions and maintenance always comes but it's never their responsibility to fix. Apparently everything wrong at this property is covered under warranty and we are at the mercy of some other group that ...never shows up when arranged. It's aggravating that we have been promised so much at a "luxury property" that always promises to have things planned but still aren't here. Still no grill at the pool, no workout stations on the"jogging path" of gravel, we are limited on parking spaces by resident only with no guest parking and it's still hard to find a spot, and the brochure said there would be electric vehicle parking which is clearly a lie because I have tripped over a charging cord plugged into someone's patio outlet probably running up their electric. Yes granite countertops, wood look flooring, and the pool are nice, but follow up on the actual part of living here would be nicer.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2019Dealt with a total of four staff members from afar over phone and email while applying. Very friendly and helpful group I experienced. Came to move into townhouse, perfectly clean and maintenance team was friendly. I travel and do feel safe leaving while I'm gone, now that I've moved in this week.. Looks like it is the typical standard place to live with a few corners cut. But the staff seems well above average and I look forward to living hereProperty Manager Responded

LOVE
October 7, 2019I LOVE living here! I moved in on the first day of the building being opened and yes it was very much a construction zone...but you should have known that. It very quickly came to life and it’s beautiful now. The office is extremely helpful and is very attentive to needs. Yes, the fvvinyl flooring was not installed correctly in select units but as long as you take photos yoand let the office know you’ll be fine. The only complaint I have would be the sink fixtures and the a fridge (too ...small). . Both things I can love with at these prices and a month free! I look forward to the next 18 moths! The other two reviewers clearly have some issues. Folks, go live on Barbour island if your not satisfied.Property Manager Responded
