New place to call home

Clean, spacious apartments. Good location: close to many stores and restaurants. Only 10 minutes from the beach! Leasing manager is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of issues. First, parking here is a nightmare. It's very difficult to have guests because street parking is packed every day. Second, no air conditioning system in the apartments. Really inconvenient for these hot summer days and nights.
