Limited parking and thin walls

The parking for residents is extremely limited for residents. This often makes residents park off the property on the street if they don’t want to pay for parking spot or garage. The units extremely thin walls make sure you can hear everything your neighbor does.

Parking, Trash, and Communication Concerns

Cons of living here * People do not following valet trash instructions leading to trash being spread around the community, making it look dirty and not worth the price. Also people do not pick up after their pets. * Management changes leading to lack of communication. Most of the time you have to go into the office to talk to someone because calls and emails go unanswered. * Parking is not good. They put to much priority on paid parking spaces (garages and covered spaces). There are many ...

instances where I have had to park outside of the gated community that I pay a lot of money to live in. Pros of living here * Kiah in the office is amazing to work with. * The appeal of feeling like you live in a house, with just one neighbor.
