Nice property, quiet. Apartments are nice but outdated for the high price. Assistant manager is great to deal with haven’t really dealt with the manager as she doesn’t return calls. Maintenance could be a lot better. All in all I would definitely recommend if you like a small and quiet property and don’t mind the higher rent.
