August 22, 2015This is a single-story, 1 bedroom apartment that offers semi-handicapped access; some handrails have been added to the bathroom area; the apartment includes a small kitchen/utility area, a living area, single-room, medium-sized bedroom, two closets, washer/dryer utility hook-up and there is a approximate 5'x5' out-door storage shed. The apartment complex is rent-controlled, family-apartments with a number of single-level semi-handicapped apartments spaced throughout.
