I moved to South Carolina from another state. Started a job in Easley so wanted to live close to work. Thought the place was nicely remodeled with new appliances. Then I moved in and discovered there was no dishwasher. The property manager comes across that she wants everything perfect until you complain you need something fixed. Then someone else has a more emergency than you. Doesn’t matter your neighbor’s water is coming into your place. She thinks these apartments are top of the line when ...
they are actually old with a bandaid on it. There are nicer places with more amenities for less money. Beware looking to move here.

The " apartment Manager" is a two faced liar. She will insert herself into your affairs and pretend to be your friend and then turn around and talk about you to the other tenants. She also tries to impose a 10p.m cerfew for all tenants including adults saying you cant leave your apartment after ten.
