Pleasant apartments to live in!
April 25, 2021I’ve lived here for about three years and reading all the negative reviews genuinely confused me. I signed a lease when I turned 20 and I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to reside at Country Villa as my first apartment. Never was there a roach infestation, the general maintenance and upkeep of the apartments themselves was always very detail oriented, Raphael the apartment manager was always going above and beyond for all the tenants, and I never had a problem with anyone. At the end of my ...residence, I received my full deposit back with the exception of a small painting and maintenance fee which was completely reasonable. I would recommend anyone to live here, it’s such a well kept, friendly, quiet apartment complex near so many shopping centers/markets/etc. I would not hesitate to return here if I ever find myself looking in the area again!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not rent
March 26, 2020We were looking for places to move a few years ago and this place was one of the only available so we bit the bullet and moved in not only is there a horrible roach infestation that is completely unsanitary but the place is managed very poorly and are completely not Attentive the manager is a liar we live there for one year on a lease after the year we went on month-to-month rent we gave them our 30 days in April and we moved out we left the place in excellent shape considering how most people ...leave there places and asked management Ralph if there was anything else that we could do he said no thank you very much appreciate you guys and we left come almost one year later and now they are trying to sue us for $2100 what’s really going on I called and asked Ralph what is going on and he kept saying on repeat call the main officeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
