Noisy community
August 12, 2017It is a mostly Mexican family community which is fine except if you don't mix with their culture. Kids run around outside and inside until 10 pm. You hear the front door bang loudly 100 times a day, multiple family members come over to take showers (like 12 a day) so there's hot water shortage. The kids throw their trash all over the front patio and parking lot. It's just loud and dirty all the time. I prefer a quiet, courteous community.Review from Apartments.com
1 star but I'll say why I give 5 at the end
July 22, 2015This apartment complex has been a nightmare from the beginning. We had a broken fridge for 6 months and I reminded and reminded the owner to pick up on for is so we could properly organize our food. The other one had no drawers and the door latch was broken so all our food was stacked on tops of each other. The last time a asked the owner got mad and said he didn't have to get us anything if he didn't want to so I said well then I don't have to pay rent if I don't want to. We argued a bit and I ...got pretty frustrated and said we are moving out. He then talked to my girlfriend the next day and said he was going to get us a fridge but that I had a problem. The manager at the time too was I think on drugs. Since then though they have gotten new managers that are very nice and helpful people, also the manger is in construction so he can pretty much fix anything if you ask him. Also the place is flooded with cockroaches and we had bed bugs for a whole but we got rid of them. That was a freaking nightmare too. I would have given 1 star, the only reason I gave 5 was because God blessed me with a roof over my head a stove I cook with and a shower and for that I am very grateful, however I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here knowing how it is. The only reason I did is because my girlfriend was already living here. Hope you find a wonderful place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
