The best community ever
March 26, 2026When I first moved here, I was most excited about the amenities. Let me start by saying I moved here blindly with no friends or family in TX at all. I also have never known or spoken to my neighbors before moving to this community. The appliances, the amenities and ambiance of the apartments are amazing. Aside from these great qualities, the community is what keeps me. My initial intention was to come here for a year, just to say I lived somewhere away from home, but after meeting the other ...tenants I decided to stay. The landlord is kind, courteous and always available for whatever you need. He does an absolute phenomenal job of picking trustworthy tenants that believe in true community. We hang out together, welcome one another and respect each other. The people that live here are what add the most value to the apartments. March 25, 2026I’ve lived here for almost a year and I can say without a doubt these are an amazing find. Amazing pool and spa right in the courtyard makes it feel like you’re walking out in a resort. There’s constant interaction between neighbors which really makes it a community where everyone feels welcome and creates a lively environment. The apartments themselves are wonderful. Freshly renovated, energy efficient, quiet, and comfortable. Let me be clear, these aren’t the typical “renovations” other ...properties do. The owners have rebuilt each apartment from the ground up, sparing no expense to provide a spectacular space to live. Management is EXCEPTIONALLY attentive, going well above and beyond to ensure tenants are comfortable, well taken care of, and that the property is up-kept and clean. You can tell that they genuinely care for their tenants through their actions. I can say without a doubt that this is the most well managed property I’ve ever lived at. March 25, 2026Courthouse Apartments on Gaston has honestly exceeded all my expectations. The location alone is a huge win. As a young professional, everything I need is right nearby, making day to day life super convenient. What really surprised me though is the quality of the units. These aren’t just “remodeled” apartments. The finishes feel truly luxury. From the tile showers that extend throughout the bathrooms to the spacious open floor plans, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The modern appliances ...and updated systems just tie it all together and make it feel like a high end home. The amenities are just as impressive, especially for a community of this size. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or hanging out, with a resort style pool, covered lounge space, and grilling areas. And the gym is a huge plus. It has everything I need to get a solid workout in without leaving home. On top of all that, the community here is something special. Everyone is respectful, welcoming, and drama free. The units are completely renovated with brand new appliances, flooring and windows, providing a beautiful detailed finish to it. The landlord is amazing, always available to take care of anything you could need regarding anything about the units. After touring many others in the area these are an absolute hidden gem with incredible amenities such as a resort style pool, a very large hot tub, an onsite gym with a smith machine & most of all a great community that offers a sense of peace.
