It was ok
June 4, 2025I love my apartment and my neighbors. The maintence guy is AMAZING. I enjoyed living here, however, they closed the laundry room, which I dealt with. They called to see if I wanted to renew my lease, as the prices were going up about 100 bucks. Which was fine. I wasnt going to find 1000 sq foot 2 bedroom in a relatively safe area for under 900 anyway, but I asked them how they could justify that with only one amenity, being the dog park, which the new property managers boss, Ms. Connie said we ...couldnt use for a dogs because it made the complex smell bad (it didnt) so how could they justify raising my rent when I lost my one of two amenities (the laundry room) she said they would be reopening it, but two weeks later I got a letter saying they would not be renewing my lease. A week after that they tried to give me a lease violation because I was air drying my clothes on my own patio. I brought my lease and showed that MY LEASE said I would have access to my laundry room, which I dont have, so they violated my lease first. I left before my lease was up, and refused to pay the last two months after I moved out. Its a shame because I would still live there happily.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 18, 2016THE WROST COMPLEX EVER I MOVED IN DECEMBER AND MOVED OUT MARCH I HAD RATS IN My TOWNHOME. THERE WAS A LEAK AND ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS BUT THE WORST CAME WHEN SOME THEIVES CAME IN AND KICKED MY DOOR IN WHILE I WAS HOME TO STEAL MY SMART TV ... DO NOT MOVE HEREReview from Apartments.com
