November 20, 2023I have now lived at courtyard lofts for a year and it has been such a great experience. The building is in walking distance to so many restaurants/bars, coffee shops, a pharmacy and grocery stores. The community is incredibly dog friendly and maintenance is quick and helpful. May 18, 2023Unfortunately, I don’t have much to say positive about this apartment complex. All appliances in our apartment broke within the first few months of the apartment, floors were black an unclean upon moving in. When requesting repairs we were given a broken dishwasher as a replacement, when our a/c went out over Memorial Day, I placed an emergency order in where the manager of the apartment complex argued about how they had already fixed it. He was very aggressive and matter of fact that I never ...asked for maintenance again so I didn’t have to deal with his poor attitude. Parking is a joke most people park there without a pass. I would recommend this place if you like living in a storage containerProperty Manager Responded
