About Courtyard Senior Apartment Homes - 55+
Courtyard Senior Apartments is an Independent Senior Community for ages 55 and better. We are located in West Allis on the bus line, and are near many shops, restaurants, and parks. We offer one and two bedroom apartments homes, with heat, hot water, and storage included in the rental cost. Our units have generous closet and cupboard space, custom mini blinds, ceiling fans, and A/C wall units, and include smoke alarms and sprinkler system. The building features a secured entryway, elevator, optional underground parking, community room with kitchen and seating area, social activities, library, fitness area, trash chutes and laundry rooms conveniently located on each floor. Small pets are welcomed and cherished for an additional fee. Housing options include units with 50% and 60% county median income restrictions.
