Without a doubt the best apartment I have ever lived in! The community is amazing, always clean, always quiet and the staff cannot be beat. From the office to the maintenance they are 10000/10. They do multiple community events a month that are so thoughtfully curated and unique. My husband and I are sad to be relocating for work and would 100% rent here again if we ever found ourselves back this way!

This property has some of the best amenities i have seen. The pool overlooking the bay is one of my favorite amenities, to include the docking port. The staff is top class as well and also are available to assist. If you are looking for a genuinely respectful environment with outstanding perks, this is it!

The pool, dock, grills and fire pits are great.
The walking paths are great for people who have active life styles or like to walk their dogs. The location is also prime for individuals who need or want to be near ODU or like to be near nice bars and restaurants. The apartments themselves are very cozy and if there is ever an issue the front desk and maintenance team stay on top of things.

I love living in Larchmont with beautiful views of the Lafayette River. It’s a lovely area and I feel very safe here. The pool, grounds and gym are kept up well and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and efficiently. The staff is great!

LaTarsha and Ashley have continued a wonderful trend (established by Niya, Somone, and Jackie) — that we first noticed when we moved here 4 years ago — the complex management team truly makes Cove Pointe a pleasant place to live and gives us the ability to be members of the community. LaTarsha and Ashley take initiative, communicate proactively, well and frequently, they coordinate events to get the members of the community together, and they work to ensure upgrades and facility maintenance ...
