The location is also prime for individuals who need or want to be near ODU or like to be near nice bars and restaurants. The apartments themselves are very cozy and if there is ever an issue the front desk and maintenance team stay on top of things.

LaTarsha and Ashley take initiative, communicate proactively, well and frequently, they coordinate events to get the members of the community together, and they work to ensure upgrades and facility maintenance ...(e.g. power washing) is completed regularly.
