December 16, 2022The property manager is terrible and does not care about tenants at all. Feels as though she thrives off making people’s lives hell. There is no empathy here! Apartments have terrible bug problems no matter how clean they are kept. There are cracks in walls where bugs are seen coming through. Drains stink terribly and there is always something broken. Will be moving as soon as remotely possible!Review from Apartments.com

Not a fan
October 6, 2018I’ve lived here for two years now and I hate it. My bathroom has got what appears to be mold on my faucet in the tub. I’ve asked them to fix it and they do other minor things instead. You’re right on Yale road so you hear the traffic all day and night. People who don’t live here park their cars in the little spots we have. In my honesty opinion you pay way to much and get very little in return.Review from Apartments.com

I was going to move here until...
April 27, 2017I liked everything about this complex expect the lady in the office. I think her name was Belinda. Everyone else was so very nice. But that lady was very rude no only to me but whoever she was on the phone with. She was screaming and yelling at the person. I'm looking to move here
May 25, 2016I'm looking to move to this apartment complex. I went in for my first inspection, fell in love with the apartment until I opened the closet in both bedrooms and saw roaches oh my God I liked of died. I'm really thinking now. Should I sign my lease or keep it moving. The people in the office seem to be cool or whatever. I just don't know about the roaches though they got to roll.Review from Apartments.com

August 7, 2015They are amazing apartments no complaints on my end not a bad apartment the people in the office are excellent and respectful it's quiet around here they have security on point and it's just a nice place to live.
