Poor management, poorly constructed units, and maintenance is inadequate.

Current resident. The units are poorly constructed. Maintenance does not respond accordingly to maintenance request. I have multiple issues with the unit Im in such as issues with the air conditioner, water coming from the floor, amongst others issues. I have made request, but nothing has come of the request. Be cautious of the fees. We are finding out about the fees being accessed. We were only notified of the trash fee (and were okay with that) but now its coming to our attention that ...
additional fees are be requested such as a $60 service a month. The management didn’t say anything about this fee. When asked about the fees the management cant provide any input. When you got to the office the agent doesnt seem to know what is going on and instead talks on the phone on personal calls while attempting to answer your questions. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. Everyone’s experience are different but even our neighbors have issues. So I can’t say our issues are isolated.

Horrible Management

Current resident. The units are poorly constructed. When trying to get maintenance to come fix anything, its a chore in itself. When putting in maintenance request, they essentially just mark complete or tell you the contractor when handle it. But you ask about when the contractor is coming out you dont get an adequate response. For the price of rent and the additional fees that are added on(please make sure you ask about any extra fees) it shouldnt be this much of a hassle. When asking the ...
agent at the front desk about the fees, she cant tell me and is too busy on the phone on a personal call attempting throw shade at me asking about the fees. You have been warned, I wouldnt recommend the apartments. They look nice but the management and units are bad.

Very Happy

I am a young adult, and this is my first time applying for housing. Rocky made the experience as comfortable as I could have hoped for. My questions were answered quickly with efficiency and superb hospitality. I am all for great communication, and that is what I've received. Not to mention, the properties are beautiful and their location is in the heart of Cedar Hill's happenings.

The builders are working constantly on a daily basis and the construction is coming along well. This is a nice view commute is easy going surrounds you with Neighborhood Walmart and plenty of gas locations along with Fastfood and a New on the Border next to Canes Restaurant. Gotta love this area calm nice suburban location plenty to do.
