Management is terrible
March 13, 2021When I went to the showing of Covington Place to view the apartment management didn't show up. After calling them multiple times and no responses and waiting awhile we left.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
February 5, 2020The hallways smell like dogs and funkiness. Lived there for two years. The carpets were never changed. The rent does go up. The management was very hard to contact. No one ever answers the phone. There is no rent drop box on the property so if you don't have a car or debit card it will be hard to get rent paid. The management has a high turn over rate. Once I moved they sent an outrageous debt, I never got in contact with me to resolve before sending it to collections. This place is a joke.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place to live
December 8, 2019I have lived here for about 3 years and it has gone down hill since I moved in. The place stinks, the neighbors are rude and management doesn't care. Rent goes up and quality goes down.Property Manager Responded
