After living here two years I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. There is no parking, management is rude, maintenance orders don't get completed, pest control issues, water or gas is always off...etc. I could all day about the unprofessionalism of these apartments.

I moved in Sept.2014, and I believe the management at the time had recently taken over. Nothing was right from day one. My apt. was not ready on my move in date. when they did say it was ready there were still quite a bit that needed to be fixed. Of cores after moving in it was an angering process of calling/stopping by the office repeatedly to get them to do things. About 4months ago we got new management, and these people are a wealth of misinformation. I work nights so I need to sleep in the ...

day, and even though the new management will make maintenance appointments unlike the old management, but they will still show up whenever.like3 hours early and bang on your door repeatedly like the police. And don't even get me started on the roaches and termites.

The apartment is constantly getting new owners, they won't fix anything, they been having shootings back here, recently after 5 There's not hot water in my building, constantly seeing roaches where they are coming from idk thinking the a/c vents, my tub is peeling, when I take a shower the walls sweat and there's this yellow stuff that seeps out, poor lighting in apartment, stray cats everywhere all on peoples cars, the dumpers are always over flowing, management has nasty attitudes, and to top ...

if off if decide to renew the lease there going up an extra $80 on the rent really ridiculous I recommend no one here unless last result!!!!

The property is showing wear and tear but the new management is trying to fix this. It is close to schools, shopping, and churches. The apartment I rent is perfect for me and my two little ones. Nice and homey. The area is safe and you will enjoy the multiple choices of activities you can do with your family.

Management Takeover

Management changed after 8 months and turned the place upside down. Neighbors throw trash everywhere and teen-agers tagged the building with graffiti. Management is not responsive to complaints and on July 4th it sounded like a battle zone. We are in the city limits and fire-works are illegal, management and the police department made no effort in stopping the fire-works and there is no security guard. Very poor way to run an apartment community!
