Worst place to make deals with
October 20, 2015Not recomended at all, if there was a 0 star rating that's what I would give. Watch out with the deposit, once you give the duplex back this guy ("the administrator" john)will take money out of it, stating he had to clean the carpet, no matter how clean you give it and will try to hold on to any excuse to take money out of the depositReview from Apartments.com
