Roaches, bedbugs and mice

This place is infested with all the pests you can think of. It's been infested for a very long time apparently because it's throughout the entire building. You will cook with roaches in the kitchen, the mice will eat your leftovers, and the bedbugs will infest your mattress and furniture. Hallways are always disgusting, carpeting hasn't been changed in decades, kitchens are so small you can't even fit a microwave on the counter. They slap paint on top of duct tape and call it a "remodel". Thieves ...
stealing out of cars in the parking lot, they'll raise the rent while roaches crawl in the hallways. Unless you want to pay to live in the slums then look elsewhere.
