Management is a complete joke.

More and more problems keep arising for more and more tenants. New management is clueless about most things we ask. Request forms went un-filled for longer than I can remember. Homeless and commenters just walk though the appartments from a side road that hasn’t been inspected since I’ve arrived. Countless times have cars been broken into and the only think management says is “ yeah we’re gonna try and get some more stuff for sucurity “ nothing has been added. I’ve heard tenets been harassed ...
about stupid rules. Things continue to just keep getting worse here. Don’t waste your money.

Do Not Move here!

Do not move here unless you like your cars to CONSTANTLY being broken into or stolen. People use the apartments as a walkway to the supermarket since there is a trail in the back of the apartments that leads to the store. I believe that trail is a HUGE reason why cars in the back lot get broken into daily. Management knows and refuses to do anything or even put up a fence to block the trail. Between my husbands car and mine, we have had to replace 3 windows after they where smashed and this ...
didnt include the time his work van got stolen. I really wouldnt advise moving here.....such a headache.
