I don't know how many times, I have to submit information for anyone to call me. I wanted to come for a tour, and also wanted someone to contact me so that I can get information in regards to move-in dates, and availability. I've been calling and submitting for months. If you treat applicants this way, I don't know if I would want to even bother to live here. Very unorganized, and unprofessional!

I love my apartment when it comes to the maintenance it’s always COVID is the reason they can’t enter my apartment when I’m not home durning the day my hot water needs to be turned up heat doesn’t blow out my master bedroom or bath room

I received an application after texting the number twice. Once I emailed the property the application back, a personnel said they stopped the application to move people in. It’s been almost two months. I haven’t heard from anyone. Unprofessional. A better system should have been set in place, to ensure the process ran smoothly.

These apartment properties are gorgeous, but beware! No one answers the phone and when you drop by to solve the problem in person they cannot help you. The also don’t respond to your applications. I’ve sent two already!!

No one answers the phone ever. Then when you go to the site the lady in the office is very rude ! She doesn’t even give people a chance to even get a application to fill out and get an appointments no one ever text back with the application information. She literally turns everyone around that comes to the office and doesn’t even attempt to help. She is wanting to get her family and friends in the apartments and that’s not fair at all. She needs to be removed !!!
