April 21, 2021I moved to this Apartment Complex after renting several apartment complexes in Gainesville area and I can definitely can rate this place as 5 Stars. The main point is its managers' work: they work hard and run this apartment complex very professionally. They care. That's why this place is always so clean, safe and quiet. Any maintenance issues and problems in my apartment always solved in a timely manner. Great Apartments!!
April 16, 2017My wife and I were so lucky that we found this place. It's in a quite area on the northern side of Gainesville, and I have to say it was a great experience. We lived here for almost 3 years and never had any issues! No bugs, Management was always on top of everything and you can't beat the price for what you get in terms of size. If I was to say anything, it's that there isn't much in terms of amenities, a pool and a tennis court that no-one uses.
