Perfect new home for first time renters
May 1, 2022It’s my first ever apartment at Creekwood and after living here for 2 months it’s been wonderful and very quiet. First entering as a new renter was easy and I had a ton of help from the office crew as a first time renter. Didn’t think It be that easy. Outstanding Place to Live
February 21, 2022Creekwood Estates is a great place to live. Apartments are good sized, with big closets and modern appliances. Tracy the property manager is always very helpful and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff have been quick and efficient responding to any needs. I don’t want to leave
September 2, 2021I have lived here for two years now, and I am very sad to have to move. It has been my favorite apartment I have lived At, hands down. It has been the only apartment where I truly felt at home. The staff is fantastic, and quick to respond/communicate in regards to any request. Being tucked right next to the minnehaha creek made me feel extra safe as well. My dog loves it as much as I do, as does my cat. July 14, 2021I've been living at Creekwood Estates since 11/14/2020 and I love it. Sure, it's apartment living so there's going to be some annoyances like parking and sometimes noise, but I've lived in apartments before and they've been poorly managed, dirty, loud, and just unpleasant. The management at Creekwood has been nothing but incredible at helping me with anything I've needed. The property is beautiful and kept so nice and clean. Beautiful grounds and amazing staff!
June 30, 2021The entire rental office staff are incredible. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. If you need assistance or have a question you can always expect it to be taken care of. The maintenance team is friendly, professional and prompt. I only needed maintenance twice and they were always able to fix the problem within a day. Amazing office staff!
May 4, 2021I've only been moved in for about a week now but let me tell you the customer service of both of the gals named Tracy in the office have been outstanding. Any questions? They'll give you a straight answer or do the investigating to get you the answer. Its clear that they love working here and really appreciate and respect both the property and residents. The community is quiet for apartment living and even my garden level apartment has GREAT sunlight in the day time. The pool is closed right now ...but it looks promising and I am excited to see it open up. If you have kids they also have an on site play ground that you can hear all the kids having a ball at during the afternoon. This is truly a community feel and I have not had one bad interaction with either the faculty or residents.
