My experience with the property management team at Crenshaw Lofts was disappointing, particularly regarding the hold deposit of $250. During my conversations with the property manager Taz, I was given the impression that my hold deposit would be refundable and was never told I had three days to change my mind.Based on that understanding, I moved forward with the process expecting to receive the deposit back, I was then told I had three days after the hold to get my money back .
