When I moved in 4-5 years ago this place was ok, the people in the office was helpful it was only Michelle as a Manager and Romy who was a great leasing Agent, for me he was very professional and he was trying to do his job properly but he left about 3 years ago and I do understand know why. reviews, this place is the worse place that I used to live, they are doing everything wrong at the main office, the management does not know what to do, they are unprofessional, the community is full of garbage, there is a lot of Dog Excrement everywhere, the stairs in buildings are full of garbage, stained, full of insects, the maintenance people does not help at all and I'm understand maybe they don't get pay properly, Miss Michelle would tell you that she loves you and she likes you but at the end is all false, so the emergency line does not work at all, if you have a problem with the AC or a toilet you would have that problem forever because NOBODY would help NOBODY will fix anything in the unit. Rent prices are exaggeratedly ridiculous, very expensive for what it is, I hope these references will help you make the best decision.
