Never no parking
January 14, 2025You can't find parking in this complex after 5pm because they keep allowing tenants to have 5-10 vehicles per household. They charge you 15$ a month to park in here but there's never any parking when you need it. Also my electric bill has jumped up almost 100$ because again too many people living in one household and it's a shared meter for each building. It's too expensive to live here for what they offer. Plentiful, cheaper options in the area with actual parking.Property Manager Responded

Loud neighbors and high rent increases
March 27, 2019Unfortunately, when Avenue 5 took over this property, it went down hill very quickly. They let anyone and everyone move in and raise your rent over $200.00 per year in addition to utilities. Expect loud, noisy neighbors drinking on the patio at all hours of the night, dogs barking often. The walls are thick but expect nothing to be done about any noise complaint. Unless tolerate noisy neighbors well, or dogs barking in the middle of the night, I would Honestly not recommend this property. The ...maintenance staff is honest and friendly but that’s about it.Property Manager Responded
