My apartment is ok, I have been here for a year and half have some problems with laundry room and getting things fixed at times, but I am still here so it has'nt been all that bad

Convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon forge but the units are very outdated. Fair for the price. Lots of traffic in and around the apartments.
