Nasty Ever!
June 19, 2018Rats, Roach Running around in the house. I was waiting for dig my disposal 1year and 7month. Maintenance never fix anything. Office Lady always smoking outside office. Never answer the phone. Water leaking from wall, ceiling. They never fixed. Always hear him shooting. Especially if you have kids, Do Not Move this apartment! Ohhh When I moved out, They never give me back my Security Deposit $1200. They never even tell us why.Review from Apartments.com

June 29, 2017The maintenance guy Mike is a compulsive liar, will tell you he's fixing something but leave. Read other reviews on different sites as well about this,property. Many say maintenance Mike is a thief as well as incompetent liar! New office person, Megan is so unprofessional it is funny and is a compulsive liar as well. I suppose the owner wanted to hire liars so nothing will have to be fixed! She will enter your premises whenever she feels like it and see to it nothing is ever fixed in your ...dwelling, not even on your scheduled move-in date...your place will look like a pig sty on move-in date and they will make many excuses, even offering to give you your deposit money back, after you have waited a month for the unit to be ready & have signed documents stating when it will be ready. It is just all the way around a sorry company! Stay far away. Any place is better than this one! Who would even hire any one with their calibar? Rent anywhere else people, you have been warned so take heed! You well have a home that is never up-to-par here and lies galore, every single day!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Location
July 27, 2015Have lived here for several years and overall it's been great, it's close to shopping, close to a brand new elementary school (CrossRoads) and has ample parking. The apartment is spacious with hardwood floors and has central air and heat. The rent is very reasonable.Review from Apartments.com
