Never paid me my deposit back

I had to break my lease and I paid a month and a half’s rent to them on time. It has been over 31 days and I still haven’t received my deposit. I called and they said they would resend it a week ago and still nothing. The water and trash bill is also split between all the units and they don’t even show you anything to back that up. I was paying a lot more than I should for a one bedroom apartments water usage. Very unprofessional and I don’t recommend living here
