August 11, 2025I am going on my fifth year living with Haverkamp Properties. I have loved every year of it. I chose to stay with them during the moving process. Every maintenance request I have ever put in has been promptly taken care of. They respect my space and have always taken care of my issues! Besides that, everything has been blissfully uneventful. August 6, 2025They make you drive across Ames to pickup the keys because they can't be bothered to have someone at the building. It also won't show on their app what you owe at move in. All it said was 14$ due so I paid it. Come time to pickup the keys and they want another 988$ that wasn't displayed on the app.Review from Apartments.com

April 30, 2025I enjoy using the AFC gym, and I love where I live. I have made my apartment my home. The maintenance is so fast and efficient. It's been great!Property Manager Responded

January 25, 2025I love living with Haverkamp. They have a variety of properties to live at. I also really value that they provide a free Ames Fitness Center membership. It was one of my top criteria that led me to Haverkamp (among many other wonderful things). Maintenance is wonderful, and the staff has always been extremely helpful.Review from Apartments.com

March 26, 2024I have enjoyed living here and I like the point system! My location is perfect for me I can be very close to things such as Walmart Target and restaurants while still not being in the midst of everything! I love the jewel area! I have loved being able to go on walks in the neighborhood and have it feel like I'm walking in a family neighborhood! The building is usually pretty quiet and calm! My biggest issues with the apartment right now is that parking spots have become very limited this year!Review from Apartments.com
