May 15, 2018I just recently moved in. Everything seemed okay. Until 3 days after we moved in there’s a notice on our door saying they are exterminating the following Friday for cockroaches. Confronted the manager (who’s 19 and incompetent)about knowingly moving us into a cockroach infested apartment. She claims she knew nothing of the cockroaches until a few days prior. WE MOVED IN THREE DAYS AGO. She then later on backtracks and says they exterminated the unit before we moved in. Yet she found out RIGHT ...after we moved in? Right. I would also like to add they only exterminated 7 units so I wouldn’t expect that cockroach problem to be eradicated anytime soon. Now two days before I’m about to move out the power outlet to my fridge is out. I have called 5 times to get it fixed, during office hours and the after hour maintenance line, and it has been 5 HOURS and still no response. The manager is never there so don’t expect to find her in the office during office hours. Definitely would not recommend. If you have any choice. STAY AWAY.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 21, 2017Been here for 1 year now and for 2 buildings with 20 there are only 2 washers and 3 dryers per building so everytime you need to do laundry it costs $1.50/each ($1.50 for the washer & $1.50 for the dryer) and when I moved in the manager at the time told me to be careful because there have been cases where homeless people would take clothes out just to put their own to wash/dry- thankfully I have family a few blocks away so that's where I do my laundry. Parking is a joke- pretty sure they don't ...keep count on whose who, it's first come first serve i recall when there was ZERO parking on my building so I literally parked across the street and hoped someone would leave, luckily a car did leave within 10 minutes and I swooped in! Don't bother sending an email to maintenance because they won't get it so I've had do fish around for a different email to get someone's attention to come fix something- and they don't have forms to fill out outside. The outside (hallways/walls/carpeting) is disgusting, smears and stains everywhere. However the inside of the units are upgraded (shocker) not the cheap white cabinets you normally see. Updated stove/fridge/with 2 hallway closets. 2 managers later you think somebody would take care of the outside to reflect the inside of the units. And to pay rent online is followed with a $12 something "convenience fee" so take that into account if you wanna pay online.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
