If you move here be prepared to get it is what it is. Be prepared to pay for your own AC filters. Be prepared to keep whatever carpet you got in your unit whether old or old. Be prepared to have no washerteria on property.Be prepared to be charged late charges after the 3rd of the month . NO EXCEPTIONS. Be prepared never to see an bug exterminator on property for roaches or any other critter that may live in your place. Last but not lease be prepared for a manager that has a quick hand to collect ...
