Pioneer Curtis
December 14, 2016Curtis was a junior high school. I went there when I was in the 7th grade. I did tour the place, thinking I would like to live there. It was very nice. it still had the green or black boards up in some apartments. brought back memories of when I was a kid. I would still like to live there at some point.Review from Apartments.com

August 22, 2015I live in an old High School building that was converted to Senior Living apartments initially. Within the last 6 years or so, they opened it up to all ages. The rent is pretty low, the building is secured after 5 pm and on weekend, so it feels safe for those who are single. There is a playground for those having younger children, which have to be supervised and it's about 5 minutes to a main highway and not too much farther from a Dillons and Walmart! There is also a gym, post office, and ...hardware stores pretty close by as well as a few places to eat.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
