I’ve been having a very positive experience living at Cypress Point. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the community is quiet and peaceful. The location is also fantastic - it’s a quick walk to the beach and the Boardwalk, and being right next to Neary Lagoon, with all of its wildlife, is really special. It’s also very pet-friendly, and I love walking my dogs around the property and the surrounding neighborhood. I also love hearing the kids having fun in the pool - it gives the ...
community a nice, happy feel. The leasing office has been very receptive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There was a small miscommunication when I first moved in, but it was resolved very satisfactorily. I also appreciate that if there is ever a noise issue, management addresses it quickly and enforces the community rules. One thing I’d love to see in the future is bike racks, since quite a few residents have to store bikes on their balconies. Overall, though, I’m very happy living here. It’s a lovely, peaceful place in a really great location.

A lovely, campus-like apartment complex near downtown Santa Cruz, with a pool, pool deck, gym, and other amenities. Lovely landscaping. No building more than two storeys. Much nicer than any of the new high-rise apartments in Santa Cruz.

The community is clean and all of the people who work here are very kind. I love that our community is dog friendly and that the lighting at night is perfect for coming and going and especially great for walking my dog. But most of all I love nature. Several different birds and beautiful trees.

It's a pretty campus of small apartment buildings in a beautiful part of the world, near the beach and a small lagoon with ducks and other wildlife. The on-site management is excellent and quickly responsive to tenant issues (repairs, etc). It's a bit pricey, but I'd recommend to those who can afford it.
