The nature gives the place a refreshing, new, feeling. Water/sewage and trash bills are taken care of. Lots of parking, room for trash/recycling, and laundry sites nearby and simple to use. Management is always on top of any issues that occur. The 1 bedroom was a good size and there was tons of storage. I didn’t appreciate management’s lack of communication and poor customer service. Requests often needed to be followed up on 3-4x before receiving an adequate response/solution. October 25, 2021I have truly loved my experience at cypress. I was hesitant at first regarding the reviews online but trusted my gut and moved in. Best decision Ive made and I truly love it here. Im living with 3 other roommates in a 2 bed one bath and we have plenty of space. Were staying in a newly renovated apartment which makes it even better! The management here is awesome as well.
