The nature gives the place a refreshing, new, feeling. Water/sewage and trash bills are taken care of. Lots of parking, room for trash/recycling, and laundry sites nearby and simple to use. Management is always on top of any issues that occur. The 1 bedroom was a good size and there was tons of storage. I didn’t appreciate management’s lack of communication and poor customer service. Requests often needed to be followed up on 3-4x before receiving an adequate response/solution.
